How hard is it to use a meat smoker?

Most meat smokers are made to be very easy to use. Obviously there are some that are made for people who are experienced with smoked meats, but for the most part it is easy to find a smoker that is a cinch to use. You can smoke just about any type of meat that you want. Beef is commonly smoked, as is ham and pork chops. Poultry is also a popular choice for smoking, along with fish. So if you have a favorite type of meat, there is a very good chance that it can be smoked in many forms such as steaks, jerky, or sausage.
